It's been some time since Scream Insider's last update of LEGOLAND. The good news is that there is some recent events that have happened recently at LEGOLAND, so let's go check them out!

Image
Well, the Big Shop isn't open today...

Image
All that is left of the Big Shop. According to LEGOLAND's website, it will re-open in the Spring, so no worries, it's not being removed for a forceless B&M invert. ;)

Image
The Big Shop is temporarily in the Build & Test area.

Image
Which brings Build & Test to be temporarily on the Model Shop rooftop. This Big Shop renovation sure has a domino effect on the park.

Image
The X-Wing fighter is being removed right around now, so if you missed it, you missed it.

Image
If you are so desperate to see this model, it's going to LEGOLAND Germany later this year.

Image
One of the remaining Spellbreaker footer saids hi.

Image
So, what's the point of having a Dragon photo on this update? Well, there has been a rather major change to the ride.

Image
Dragon has received new restraints: Individual lap bars. It's a bit hard to see, though the coaster no longer has the wide lap bar that covers the whole row. (Apologies for a not-so-good photo of it as it is a challenge to photograph this coaster.)

Image
The only issue I have with the new restraints is that it's a bit uncomfortable to taller guests, though it's nothing that will ruin the ride.

Image
I sure hope Castle Hill isn't turning people into donkeys like Pleasure Island. ;)

Image
Construction update on the new Chima Waterpark: Dirt and lots of dirt!

Image
Well, a wall was built. So, there you have it. A wall and lots of dirt.

Image
The LEGOLAND Waterpark is re-opening on March 8! So, there's a little less than two months left to check out this great waterpark. I can't wait to go there since I'm visiting it for the first time this year!

This is the end of the update, thank you for reading! Comments are appreciated.

I do admire the fact that they relocated the shop for the time being, not every park would do that.
